Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days to request a return to original form of payment. Items must be unworn with all accessories for a full refund to be processed.

We do our best to process your refund as soon as possible upon receipt of your returned bag. We promise to refund you within 10 days upon receipt of the returned package. 

Your refund will always be confirmed by email and then the refund should appear in your bank account within a few days following this confirmation.

Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact ancletshop@gmail.com.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage
